When Sammy Davis Jr. was a young buck, he used to collect bottle caps to use as taps for his shoes. He'd gather em' up and put them in a tattered Cuban cigar box. When he was ready to hustle up some scratch on the streets of New York he nailed them to the bottom of his well worn Florsheims and hoofed it like no other 6 year old could.
